The guide points out one of the most important steps in determining your organization’s approach to vaccination tracking and COVID testing compliance is to collect current vaccination status data from your employees. If all employees are vaccinated, compliance should be relatively easy. If a low number of employees are not vaccinated, you may implement procedures for tracking the weekly testing of those employees and if a large number of employees are not vaccinated, you may find the logistics and expense of tracking weekly tests to be logistically overwhelming.
