Josh Rickel

CEO & Co-Founder

Josh is a multidisciplinary leader boasting roles across media, government, law, technology, venture capital, and social impact during his 20 year career. In addition to his role as CEO, he is also a Partner at Notley, an organization that provides resources to catalyze social impact ventures and nonprofits. He is an active advisor and investor in the technology space. Previously, Josh spent more than seven years as a sales and marketing executive at Spredfast, a leading enterprise social marketing and customer care platform, first building the company from the ground up and guiding it through an early merger to a revenue of $100m+, and later helping position it for exit to Vista Equity Partners in 2018. Prior to that he was a media consultant at The Broadcast Image Group, and an Associate at the Washington, DC law firm Lerman Senter. He holds a law degree from George Washington University and a B.S. from Northwestern University.

Tala Matchett

President & Co-Founder

Tala brings to JobSiteCheck an entrepreneurial and strategically driven 17-year track record of successful construction team management. Deeply experienced at building teams to accomplish the impossible with a can-do mentality, Tala started her career in risk management at Aon Risk Services and has extensive success in both operations and sales, where she applies innovative strategies to turn around and scale organizations. Tala's energetic spirit fosters teamwork and a cohesive high-performance culture, and her eye on market trends keeps her teams ahead of opportunities. Her dedication to the community is matched only by her interest in mentorship, serving key roles as the board president for Philanthropitch and the co-chair of the Urban Land Institute Commercial Council. She has a BBA from Western New Mexico University and a Masters Certificate in Design Thinking from MIT. Tala is a partner at Notley, an organization that provides resources to catalyze social impact ventures and nonprofits

Greg Francis

Vice President, Healthcare
Structure Tone

Greg leads the healthcare sector for Structure Tone Southwest, a full-service construction manager with offices in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin. Structure Tone Southwest is part of STO Building Group, a global leader in construction management with more than $7B in annual sales. Prior to joining Structure Tone Southwest, Greg was the founder and managing principal at Verdant Healthcare, a boutique real estate services company that participated in the acquisition and repositioning of long-term care facilities throughout Texas. Greg also worked as Principal for the southwest region of Healthcare Building Solutions, a multidisciplinary healthcare real estate services company. Prior to joining HBS, Greg was Senior Vice President responsible for the post-acute specialty hospital platform for The Cirrus Group, where he was responsible for more than $75 million in acute hospital development. Greg began his career within the healthcare practice group at HKS Architects in Dallas, one of the country's largest healthcare practices. Greg holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Joshua Theodore is Vice President of Global Health at LEO A DALY, a top-ranked multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering, strategic consulting, and advisory firm. Through design thinking, Joshua seeks to transform lives and enrich the human spirit. Joshua informs client perspectives across strategy and planning, marketing and branding, and architectural and engineering implementation. Joshua focuses much of his time on building networks, creating a vision to improve market sector delivery, and engaging the right resources to support sustainable growth. Throughout his nearly 30 years in the industry, Joshua developed a broad perspective through master planning and implementing every type of health facility across the USA, the United Kingdom, Middle East and Caribbean and speaks frequently in the US and abroad. Joshua has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Design, is an Associate Member of the AIA, is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), member of the AHA Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development, and is an Evidence-Based Design Accredited (EDAC) professional.

Jim Young

CRE Developer-Investor-Entrepreneur
Sabot Development

Jim Young boasts a successful track record in real estate development. In his role at Sabot Development, he has participated in the development and construction of over one hundred projects as a Broker, Partner or Sponsor. These range from net-leased retail, hotel, to mixed-use development. Jim’s work has resulted in 300+ Unit Mixed-Use Apartment Complexes in downtown Austin and San Marcos, a 66-story Austin hi-rise, and a new South Austin Aloft Hotel. He is currently entitling new construction apartment projects in an East Austin Opportunity Zone, a 360 unit complex at a light-rail station in North Austin, and a hi-rise multifamily adjacent to the San Antonio Riverwalk.

Jim Young is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, currently residing in Austin. Prior to his career in real estate, he served as an Armor Officer at Fort Hood, Texas. Jim is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee, and served as the CCIM Chapter President for Central Texas (Austin).
