Josh Rickel

CEO & Co-Founder

Josh is a multidisciplinary leader boasting roles across media, government, law, technology, venture capital, and social impact during his 20 year career. In addition to his role as CEO, he is also a Partner at Notley, an organization that provides resources to catalyze social impact ventures and nonprofits. He is an active advisor and investor in the technology space. Previously, Josh spent more than seven years as a sales and marketing executive at Spredfast, a leading enterprise social marketing and customer care platform, first building the company from the ground up and guiding it through an early merger to a revenue of $100m+, and later helping position it for exit to Vista Equity Partners in 2018. Prior to that he was a media consultant at The Broadcast Image Group, and an Associate at the Washington, DC law firm Lerman Senter. He holds a law degree from George Washington University and a B.S. from Northwestern University.


Tala Matchett

President & Co-Founder

Tala brings to JobSiteCheck an entrepreneurial and strategically driven 17-year track record of successful construction team management. Deeply experienced at building teams to accomplish the impossible with a can-do mentality, Tala started her career in risk management at Aon Risk Services and has extensive success in both operations and sales, where she applies innovative strategies to turn around and scale organizations. Tala's energetic spirit fosters teamwork and a cohesive high-performance culture, and her eye on market trends keeps her teams ahead of opportunities. Her dedication to the community is matched only by her interest in mentorship, serving key roles as the board president for Philanthropitch and the co-chair of the Urban Land Institute Commercial Council. She has a BBA from Western New Mexico University and a Masters Certificate in Design Thinking from MIT. Tala is a partner at Notley, an organization that provides resources to catalyze social impact ventures and nonprofits


Jimmy Pribble

Director of Customer Success

Jimmy has more than 20 years of technical experience beginning with managing IT infrastructure projects in the banking industry before transitioning to the technology industry, working on international customer project implementations for Nokia, and building out test environment infrastructure for Dell. More recently, Jimmy has focused on customer experience and client relations for domestic and international operations within Reality Based Group, before leading Customer Success for JobSiteCheck. Jimmy graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from Texas State University and served in the United States Air Force.


Eric Schwartz

Director of Engineering

Eric is a highly motivated engineering leader with a thirst for innovation and more than 20 years of experience working on complex projects for various companies, including serving as Implementation Engineer at Bazaarvoice, where he developed impactful solutions for its most strategic clients. As an entrepreneur, Eric co-founded a mobile fitness app targeted at the youth gaming market. Early in his career, Eric was one of the original pioneers—working alongside some of Silicon Valley’s industry legends—in the creation of what has become The Tech Interactive, one of the nation's premier science and technology centers in San Jose, California. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University, where he also minored in Radio, Television and Film. When not at his computer or lab bench, he is a member of the marathon running team, Team FX, which raises funds for the SAFE Children’s Shelter in Austin.


Chris Wellington

Creative Director

For the past 18 years Chris has served in creative leadership positions at small startups and publicly traded companies alike, gaining extensive experience in building and maintaining brands, creating intuitive experiences for both product and marketing, and spearheading go-to-market strategies. Chris started his career at a small design agency in Valencia, Spain where he was responsible for the Comunitat Valenciana Wheelchair Accessible Beach campaign–still displayed across Mediterranean beaches today. Chris later worked in Austin for companies like Bazaarvoice, Rivet, and Perk. While at Bazaarvoice he was part of the Marketing/Creative team that took the company from post-startup through IPO, was a lead Art Director for the global rebrand, and led a team of designers and developers for their pre-sales strategy team. He went on to create and lead Rivet’s brand and messaging strategy, then help build out the creative and marketing strategy for Perk’s newly formed B2B business unit. Chris has a B.A. in Communications Specializing in Graphic Design from St. Edward's University.


Ryan English

Product Management Advisor

Ryan has successfully managed and deployed hundreds of solutions for international customers throughout his 23-year software consulting career. His experience merges world-class Customer Success leadership with the knowledge of what it takes to deliver high quality SAAS solutions. With one hand representing JobSiteCheck’s customer and the other hand leading the product roadmap, Ryan will ensure that the JobSiteCheck solution delivers the highest value for our customers. Ryan has a BBA and MPA from the University of Texas at Austin.


Cooper Dukette

Account Executive

Cooper Dukette has a track record of success in both the technology and construction industries. With a background in technology and education, Cooper has built and sold a technology company that trained fortune 500 corporate executives on identifying, value, evaluating and rolling out emerging technologies across their firms. His ability to strategically approach a challenge and wear many hats has enabled him to introduce new technologies to dozens of construction projects across North America. He has a BBA of Finance from Texas A&M University, and an MBA of Entrepreneurship from Acton School of Business.


Megan Taylor

Business Development Representative

Megan Taylor boasts a successful track record of driving new business for Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, she worked in SaaS sales for a company that sells software to construction companies, bringing that particular expertise to her role as a Business Development Representative at JobSiteCheck. Previously, she has experience in the worldwide sales division of a Fortune 500 Hospitality company, where she gathered business requirements from stakeholders, and in operations management at a Fortune 500 company analyzing international imports and exports of different commodities to meet optimal production. An active member of New Orleans Professional Women’s networking groups, Megan lives in New Orleans and graduates with a B.S. in Agribusiness and a minor in French from the University of Georgia.

Greg Francis

Vice President, Healthcare
Structure Tone

Greg leads the healthcare sector for Structure Tone Southwest, a full-service construction manager with offices in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin. Structure Tone Southwest is part of STO Building Group, a global leader in construction management with more than $7B in annual sales. Prior to joining Structure Tone Southwest, Greg was the founder and managing principal at Verdant Healthcare, a boutique real estate services company that participated in the acquisition and repositioning of long-term care facilities throughout Texas. Greg also worked as Principal for the southwest region of Healthcare Building Solutions, a multidisciplinary healthcare real estate services company. Prior to joining HBS, Greg was Senior Vice President responsible for the post-acute specialty hospital platform for The Cirrus Group, where he was responsible for more than $75 million in acute hospital development. Greg began his career within the healthcare practice group at HKS Architects in Dallas, one of the country's largest healthcare practices. Greg holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Joshua Theodore

Vice President of Global Health

Joshua Theodore is Vice President of Global Health at LEO A DALY, a top-ranked multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering, strategic consulting, and advisory firm. Through design thinking, Joshua seeks to transform lives and enrich the human spirit. Joshua informs client perspectives across strategy and planning, marketing and branding, and architectural and engineering implementation. Joshua focuses much of his time on building networks, creating a vision to improve market sector delivery, and engaging the right resources to support sustainable growth. Throughout his nearly 30 years in the industry, Joshua developed a broad perspective through master planning and implementing every type of health facility across the USA, the United Kingdom, Middle East and Caribbean and speaks frequently in the US and abroad. Joshua has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Design, is an Associate Member of the AIA, is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), member of the AHA Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development, and is an Evidence-Based Design Accredited (EDAC) professional.

Jim Young

CRE Developer-Investor-Entrepreneur
Sabot Development

Jim Young boasts a successful track record in real estate development. In his role at Sabot Development, he has participated in the development and construction of over one hundred projects as a Broker, Partner or Sponsor. These range from net-leased retail, hotel, to mixed-use development. Jim’s work has resulted in 300+ Unit Mixed-Use Apartment Complexes in downtown Austin and San Marcos, a 66-story Austin hi-rise, and a new South Austin Aloft Hotel. He is currently entitling new construction apartment projects in an East Austin Opportunity Zone, a 360 unit complex at a light-rail station in North Austin, and a hi-rise multifamily adjacent to the San Antonio Riverwalk.

Jim Young is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, currently residing in Austin. Prior to his career in real estate, he served as an Armor Officer at Fort Hood, Texas. Jim is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee, and served as the CCIM Chapter President for Central Texas (Austin).

Orion Jensen

Clear Launch

Orion Jensen’s passion is to help companies align their technology and business strategies. With a background in successful product development and a passion for solving business technology challenges, Orion knows that your business’ ability to grow is directly impacted by how your technology scales.

Orion launched Clear Launch in 2013 with the mission of improving his clients’ business practices from purchase and production to fulfillment and logistics. Before that, he helped grow Buildasign from one employee to $30M in revenue as its Technical Operations Manager. He’s also worked as a lead developer at Solar Winds, SecureCare, and Buildasign. An active member of the Austin tech community, Orion serves as the speaking coordinator for the Austin .NET users group and hosts the bi-weekly meetup Ask a Software Architect. He also serves as the Co-Founder and CTO of Embarkly, which simplifies the comparison and scheduling of pet boarding services. Orion received his BS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
